Pascal Hurtubise is Executive Vice-President and Chief Legal Officer and member of the executive committee. Pascal has more than 20 years of experience focused primarily in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, project and corporate financings and corporate governance. He leads a team of 25 professionals who handle all legal aspects of transactions and corporate restructurings, as well as development activities and asset management related matters in Norh America, France and United Kingdom.
He is highly regarded by his colleagues and pears who recognize his business judgement acumen, his passion and commitment to work and towards his business partners and colleagues.
He appears in the three last editions of the Legal 500 publication in Canada, being GC Powerlist : Canada 2025, GC Powerlist : Canada 2020 and GC Powerlist : Canada Teams 2019. He won the Tomorrow’s Leader Award at the Québec General Counsel Awards in 2012.
