Dominique Minière is passionate about energy. After decades working in the nuclear power industry, he is well known and respected for his ability to look at the energy landscape from a holistic perspective.
During his more than 40 years with Électricité de France (EDF), he developed a keen understanding of the French energy market and the European system. He has spearheaded several multifaceted projects involving structural transformation, process optimization, digitalization and improvements to health and safety practices. He has also helped to draft key French energy legislation.
In addition to his knowledge of the energy sector, he has extensive experience working with a wide range of people across different cultures and geographical regions. This gives him the unique ability to analyze situations from a variety of perspectives. He defines a win–win strategy as one where the various parties can see things from one another’s points of view.

A self-described lifelong learner, Dominique Minière considers his involvement on various boards as a natural extension of his commitment to guiding ambitious companies forward on their path to sustainable growth. In his estimation, this entails striking the right balance between controlling risk and protecting investors’ interests.
